The person should have good UI development skills and be able to translate a UI design into good maintainable code. We are looking for a person who can work well in a fast paced startup environment. The person should have good communication skills and work with Product Management and UI designers to create world class user interfaces.
We welcome fresh graduates that are interested in developing User Interfaces using technologies such as AJAX, Javascript Toolkits like EXT and backend technologies such as PHP!

- Proficiency in OO programming (preferably Java)
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms is a plus
- Familiarity with information retrieval and collaborative filtering techniques is a plus

- Experience in large data technology such as Hadoop, Map/Reduce, Hbase.
- Experience with OOP(Java or C++), HTTP, XML, REST and database.

- 3 years of automation test experience, including minimum 1 year of experience as technical leader.
- Experience of using one or many of these automation tools: QTP, SilkTest, Robot, LoadRunner, Selenium, etc.
- Experience with PHP, Shell, XML, MySQL, and browser technologies.
- Must have good QA methodology and good judgement
- Must be a good team player and have good communication skills.
- Experience with performance and load test highly desired.
- Experience in testing large-scale, data-centric, real-time web products is highly preferred.
