Monica Sandhu, Founder
Monica has 15 years Human Resources experience with a strong focus in technical recruiting.  Prior to starting iConsultHR, Monica held senior Human Resources roles in organizations such as PG&E, Nextance, Jarden, Bain and Company and Wells Fargo.  In addition, she has provided both on-site support and contingency hiring for Method Home, Genius, Baynote, Marketo, Appirio and Hearsay Labs. 

Monica's educational background is in Human Resources Management.  Most recently, she studied at University of San Francisco with a focus in Organizational Behavior and Leadership Development.
